Disney's Tron stage show created laser and light designs that set world records.
The lasers in the production allowed actors to interact with them
Interactive lasers aren't all that new. Daft punk was using them in the late 90s for their shows, but Tron took them to a whole new level by making actors interact with them almost the entire production. Not only are the lasers working with the actors but they are also working with the electronic music. Talk about an awesome Tech designer. What grabs my attention more than anything is the entire stage is in sync with actors and music. I love it! If I ever have the opportunity to go to Disney World, this is what I most want to see. It really brings a new light to laser shows.
